Once you're ready to begin your new web design project, simply navigate to our
"packages" section and choose the package that will best fit your needs. We have
basic starter packages, as well as more advanced options, loaded with lots of
additional choices and features, including but not limited to: Free web hosting,
domain name registration, and search engine optimization. (depending upon the
package).

Once you choose your design package, be sure to add on your low-cost web
maintenance plan that must be activated before your website goes live. You may
purchase your maintenance plan immediately, or just before your site is published.
It's your choice. Also, if you would like to add features to your website beyond what
your package covers, you can very easily visit our "add-ons" section to spice up your
website. For your convenience, those options are available during time of check out.

Hobbs Ministries makes the process of getting your website online easy from start to
finish! We're giving you a step-by-step look into the design process, so you can get your
site up and running with ease! Please carefully review the process below.

After you have approved your initial mock up, we will complete your design according to
the timetable which will be laid out for you in accordance with the web design plan you
choose. You are entitled to two (2) new rounds of complimentary revisions in addition to
the two (2) rounds allotted for the "mock up" phase of the design process.

Once you are completely satisfied with the completed website, your brand new
custom-designed site will be published live on the world wide web on the specific
publication date you will discuss with your design consultant. Then, colleagues, friends
and family members will congratulate and complement you on your new eye-catching
design!

Once all of your selections are made, you will be re-directed to a secure server to
complete your purchase. After your transaction is completed, you will be re-directed once
again to our online website questionnaire that asks all the questions we need to have
answered in order to begin developing a successful identity for your business or ministry.
We need to know what it is you do, your target market (demographics), color preferences
(if any), other websites you would like for us to use as inspiration for your unique design,
and any other specific information that may help us in the web design process.

Note: You do not need to feel any anxiety about completing the questionnaire. If, at any
time during this process, you do not understand the question or do not know the answer,
don't worry. Feel free to contact us; some answers are optional. You may just leave these
questions blank if you run into any trouble. Then, when your personal consultant contacts
you for your free web consultation, the two of you may discuss the information at that time.

After receiving your order, as stated above, a friendly web design consultant will contact
you via phone (or email if you prefer) to confirm the details of your order and answer any
questions you may have about the process. At that time, the information you submitted in
your website questionnaire will be carefully reviewed and discussed.

You will also receive an email with your specific account information and other pertinent
details.

Note: Please be sure to add webdesign@hobbsministries.com to your email address
book so our message will not be blocked by spam filters.

Next, our team of professional web designers will review your website questionnaire, as
well as notes from your web design consultation; these notes and information give us a
clear understanding of your wants, needs, and expectations. Our creative team will also
use your information as a helpful tool to aid in the research of your market and
demographics; and to come up with a design mock up well-suited to your style/personality.

*A "mock up" is a rough layout that sets a framework to build your design upon.

Then we will apply the ideas from our brainstorming session to the web design mock up
created with cutting edge technology, which gives us the ability to deliver powerful,
fast-loading websites, that are compatible across multiple media operating platforms.

Within 5-7 business days we will email a special clickable link to give you the opportunity
to view a sample mock up of your home page. You will then have three (3) calender days
to review the design and assess whether you like the direction Hobbs' designers are
moving toward.

Once you have carefully looked over the design, you will then email us your feedback,
specifying any changes you would like to see in order to make your web design perfect for
you.

Note: If you are not happy with the first mock up, we will happily modify it up to two (2) times
free of charge.
