How can I order a website?

It's quite simple! All you need to do is first review our affordable custom web design packages, select which one is right for you, and proceed to the online store to check out.

		How do I share my ideas, input, and preferences about what I want my website
		to look like?

Easy! You must first order the web design package that contains the basic elements you'll
need for your website. After you have purchased your site, you will be redirected to an
online website questionnaire. This is where you'll share your preferences for your website.
Upon receiving the information, your personal web design consultant will contact you with
any additional questions.

How long will it take for my design to be completed?

You'll be thrilled with our rapid turn-around time. Depending on which package you choose, your site can take as few as 5 days to complete. Whichever design
package you select, Hobbs will deliver your website on time and on budget!

Are you able to re-design my existing website?

Hobbs would love to refine your image and give you a brand new look! In order to do this, however, you must order one of Hobbs Ministries' affordable custom design
packages. We do not currently build or modify websites hosted on other
operating platforms.

Why do I need a maintenance plan with my website?

Good websites are updated and serviced on a regular basis to keep visitors coming back. For your convenience, Hobbs offers affordable plans that cover routine
content, graphic, and technical updates. You are required to purchase at
least a basic maintenance plan before your new website is published online.

May I choose my own hosting service?

Your website must be hosted on Hobbs Ministries' reliable and secure hosting platform. Through our partnership with Yahoo, our reliability ratings are excellent.
Websites hosted with Hobbs Ministries are up and running 99.9% of the time!

Hosting is free for the first year, but how much does it cost after that?

Our hosting service is very affordable--only $11.95/month. You will be billed throughout the year in quarterly increments.

Is it possible to request a design service that I don't see listed on your website?

Yes. Hobbs Ministries offers a wide range of great design services for our clients. Plus, we are consistently adding new and exciting features that may not be listed on

		I would like a unique combination of web design services. Can Hobbs put
		together a special package for me?

Absolutely. It's easy to add on new features once you have selected a website package
containing the basic elements you need. It's best to first see which package you're likely to
purchase, and request specific services to add to the web design package you've chosen.

I would like to join your affiliate network. What are the requirements?

Joining our affiliate network is a great choice, especially if you're interested

Do you create flash websites?

Although we do not create flash websites, we are capable of integrating flash and animation into the overall design of your website with no additional fees, as
long as your package covers this feature. All you need to do is send us your .
fla file (this is the standard file type for flash files) to
graphics@hobbsministries.com. Be sure to add your name, your business,
and your account package into the body of the email and we will integrate the
flash right into the design of your site.

Quick Tip: Make sure that your flash design is professionally created so that it will not
reduce your website’s load time and appearance. Poorly developed flash presentations
can be an annoyance to your audience.

I already have a web designer. Can Hobbs write my website copy for me?

Sure. Although we prefer to both write and design client sites for maximum impact, we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. Simply send the
details of your writing request to info@hobbsministries.com and we'll get back
to you with a custom quote.

I do not live in Delaware where your offices are located. Is this a problem?

No worries. Hobbs works with both local and national clients. Wherever you are, we can easily communicate utilizing email and telephone. Your geographic location
won't be a factor.
